Job description

Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing expert advice to managers and employees, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.Our operations team support both businesses in our group – Fruition IT & Enablis. A PE backed group specialising in providing people focused solutions to technology challenges.
