A local educational institution seeks an HR Advisor for their People and Culture Team in Newport. The ideal candidate will provide human resources support, championing positive change and wellbeing initiatives. Candidates should have CIPD Level 5, a passion for people, and experience in HR, preferably within the education sector. Hours: 24 hours per week, in accordance with the requirements of the role - office based
Salary: up to £22,217.00 per annum (FTE £34,249.00 per annum) depending on qualification and experience (pay award pending)
