Job summary

A local educational institution seeks an HR Advisor for their People and Culture Team in Newport. HR Advisor - People and Culture Team

Hours: 24 hours per week, in accordance with the requirements of the role - office based

Salary: up to £22,217.00 per annum (FTE £34,249.00 per annum) depending on qualification and experience (pay award pending)

What do you need to bring with you:
  • CIPD Level 5 (or above), plus English & Maths at Level 2.
  • A love for people, a head for policy, and a heart for making a difference.
  • Experience in HR (ideally in education, charity, or the public sector).
  • Excellent communication, resilience, and a knack for juggling priorities.
