A healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their HR Operations Team. You will provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters, manage cases in accordance with Trust policies, and contribute to HR policy development. We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our HR Operations Team within the People and Organisational Development Directorate. This Band 5 role supports the HR Manager in delivering a high-quality, comprehensive HR advisory service to managers and staff across the Trust. The postholder will provide expert guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with Trust policies, employment legislation, and best practice. Working collaboratively within a supportive team structure, the HR Advisor will manage a varied caseload, contribute to policy development, and play a key role in workforce planning and service improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and a passion for delivering consistent, fair, and effective HR support.
