A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a fixed term contract in Kent. In this hands-on role, you will provide essential HR support, contribute to policy development, and assist managers through a period of transition. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of UK employment law and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This role offers a competitive salary of £50k plus benefits.
Are you a proactive HR Advisor living near Kent who would be interested in a fixed term contract for 12 months? This role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week.
This is a dynamic, hands-on generalist role supporting a part of the business that has recently undergone significant change, including a TUPE transfer. You will play a key role in embedding consistent HR practices, supporting cultural integration, and helping managers navigate a period of transition.
You will work closely with managers and employees to provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, while contributing to the delivery of our wider people strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a team that values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.
You will be an experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of UK employment law and a proven ability to manage HR issues with confidence and professionalism. You will be organised, approachable, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified.
Salary £50k plus very good benefits.
