Regional HR Advisor

Contract type: Permanent, full time

Location: Kent/Dartford (occasional travel to other sites)

Salary: £43,000.00 per annum

We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our dynamic regional team, someone who thrives on supporting others, solving challenges, and shaping a culture where everyone can succeed.

As our HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert guidance across the full range of HR activity. From performance management to employee engagement, you’ll help ensure that every policy, process, and people decision reflects our values of fairness, inclusion, and excellence.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go‑to HR expert for managers, offering clear, confident advice on performance, absence, grievances, and employee relations.
  • Support and attend formal meetings, acting as a professional company representative and accurate note‑taker.
  • Empower managers through HR and Employee Relations training sessions.
  • Keep our tracking systems and reports up to date, you’ll be the one who keeps everything running smoothly and on time.
  • Coordinate apprenticeships and learning & development activities to help our people grow.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives, from site forums to regional recognition programs, you’ll help every voice be heard.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner, escalating complex matters and contributing to innovative HR projects.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal with a knack for building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (you’ll juggle multiple priorities and make it look easy).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, can‑do approach to working across different sites.
  • Ideally, CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working toward it) and a valid UK driving licence.
