We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised HRAdvisor to oversee the full employee lifecycle at Louma Farm & Retreat. This is a standalone role reporting directly to the General Manager, with support from the Head of People & Culture. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR matters on-site, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and a great employee experience.
