HR Advisor
Location: Fully Remote

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a legally compliant, value-added advisory service to managers on all people management matters.
- Supporting managers with HR activities, including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, performance, and reward.
- Advising on HR policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and strategies.
- Managing and responding to HR queries within the team.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and redundancy consultations.
- Monitoring and reporting on employee relations trends and case activity.
- Maintaining accurate colleague data in HR and payroll systems.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, and offboarding.
- Collaborating with the HR Leadership Team on key projects and initiatives.
- Travelling to sites and branches as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing a wide range of employee relations casework.
- Background in supporting a customer-facing, geographically dispersed workforce.
- Experience preparing for and responding to Employment Tribunal cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
- High levels of resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards/willing to study).
