Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Wroughton is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage recruitment processes and support admin workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to influence HR practices. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR or administration, excellent organisational skills, and knowledge of GDPR. This position requires an immediate start with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activity including advertising, interviews and onboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and manage the shared inbox.
  • Maintain and update the HR system ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide support with payroll processes including starters, leavers and changes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and service improvements.

Skills

Previous experience in HR or fast-paced admin roles
Confident using HR systems or databases
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information
Personable, adaptable and a clear communicator

This full-time role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis with a start in late November for handover.

Package:
  • Up to £27,917 per annum, £14.32 ph whilst temping
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity
  • Primarily onsite in Wroughton, Swindon, with occasional remote flexibility
  • Immediate start required with ideal handover before 24th November
