UK National Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join the HR Support Team as the first line advisory contact for employees and managers. You will handle generalist HR queries, recruitment support and learning & development in a busy, GDPR-compliant environment.
The role involves coordinating HR processes, maintaining records, generating HR metrics, and contributing to process improvements.

Embedded into the HR function, we are looking for someone who can provide first line advisory support to our employees and line managers within the business. Working in a team of associates, you will provide HR generalist support to our employees as the first point of contact. As a HR Associate you will play a key role in the HR Support Team; responsible for delivering an excellent level of service to our internal and external customers.
As the first line advisory support to our employees and line managers within the business, you will work with a team of other HR Associates to deliver timely and high-quality assistance as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, including generalist support, recruitment and learning & development. From being involved with process improvements, procedural reviews, the ability to participate in HR projects and supporting our employees through the HR life cycle; this is a varied role that will play a key part in building our HR Support Team to its full potential.
Please note this is fixed term role for one year.
