We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support various HR functions, ensuring smooth organisational operations and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR systems, maintaining accurate data records, and assisting with administrative tasks across the HR department. Prior experience with HRIS platforms and strong communication skills are essential to excel in this position.

Duties
  • Manage and update HR information systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support recruitment activities including creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, applicant tracking.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and right-to-work verification.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including data entry, documentation management for new hires and preparing induction schedules.
  • Monitor probation periods and annual review cycles.
  • Support training logistics and maintain training records.
  • Assist in developing manager training sessions and toolkits.
  • Support with note-taking and maintaining records.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Experience
  • Experience in an administrative or HR support role within a human resources environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms desirable.
  • Experience with ATS management and social media platforms for recruitment purposes desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation desirable
