Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant located in the Wolverhampton. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with executive-level tasks, and ensuring efficient communication across the organisation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting candidates, coordinating HR processes, supporting customer service inquiries, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations, organising company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
  • Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, HR software) is advantageous
  • Previous experience in an educational or training environment is a plus
