A tech startup in the UK is seeking a Human Resource Volunteer to assist with HR strategies, recruitment, and talent management. About the Opportunity
The HR volunteer will support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with Deal Lite’s goals. They will assist in organizational development initiatives and ensure effective performance and talent management. The volunteer will engage and retain volunteers, utilize HR analytics to drive decision-making, oversee recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless onboarding and off-boarding experience for all volunteers.

– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.
– Ability to adapt to changes in the industry and the company’s recruitment needs.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
– Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented approach, and deliver on projects within the required timeframe.
– Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and situations as they arise.
– Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
– Comfortable working remotely and using online tools and software.
Acquired Experience and Skills
The HR Volunteer will have the opportunity to develop expertise in HR strategy development, organizational development, performance management, talent management, HR analytics, recruitment, and onboarding/off-boarding processes. In addition to these core HR skills, the volunteer will also enhance their communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills through interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
