Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a HubSpot agency or CRM implementation role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HubSpot onboarding projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub.
  • Lead client discovery and onboarding workshops to understand business objectives.
  • Configure HubSpot portals including pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover into ongoing support.

Steadman Hub have partnered with an Elite HubSpot Agency - one of the fastest growing UK partners who look set to continue that into the new year. They specialise in HubSpot onboarding, CRM implementations, audits, and ongoing platform optimisation across a range of business models.

As more organisations adopt HubSpot as their core CRM, the agency is expanding its onboarding team and is looking to hire a HubSpot Onboarding Consultant. This role is focused on guiding customers through successful HubSpot implementations, ensuring the platform is configured to support their sales, marketing, and service processes from day one. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, design best-practice HubSpot setups, and deliver structured onboarding projects that drive long-term adoption and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end HubSpot onboarding projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
  • Lead client discovery and onboarding workshops to understand business objectives, processes, and reporting needs
  • Configure HubSpot portals including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover into ongoing support or optimisation services
Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data Hub
  • Previous experience in a HubSpot agency, consultancy, or CRM implementation role is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with other CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects while delivering a high-quality client experience
