A leading global company in Paglesham Church End is seeking an In-house HubSpot Specialist for a 13/14 month contract covering maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, managing CRM effectively to support various teams. You will be responsible for platform management, workflow automation, data governance, and providing training to internal teams. Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in a HubSpot or CRM-focused role, ideally 2-3+ years.
• Deep technical expertise in configuring and customizing HubSpot across various hubs.
• Experience with data migration and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Owning the day-to-day management and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM.
• Designing, building, and optimizing automated workflows.
• Ensuring data integrity through regular cleansing and compliance with regulations.
• Translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Providing ongoing training, support, and documentation to internal teams.
• Supporting marketing and sales efforts with landing pages and lead scoring.
