Job Summary

The role will involve greeting and booking patients in on arrival at the hub site and conducting patient satisfaction surveys. Full induction will be provided.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday – 18:15 to 22:15
  • Saturday – 10:00 to 16:00
  • Sunday – 10:00 to 16:00
Main Duties

The position includes booking patients on arrival, professionally dealing with queries, keeping GPs informed of changes to prebooked appointments, ensuring handover to service coordinators, returning keys & equipment to designated places, performing audit checks and distributing patient surveys.
