A leading operational management company in Kinmel Bay is seeking a HUB Manager to oversee operations and manage a team. You will ensure the achievement of targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience in the Utilities Sector and proven people management skills. This role includes a competitive salary and various benefits.
HUB Manager (Field Based)
Location: Wales, Kinmel
Salary: £38,184 per annum, plus car / car allowance

Relationships mean everything to us, and this one is particularly special. You’ll manage the operation within your area of responsibility ensuring that the operation achieves all daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's. You will manage and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives by giving direction and leadership.
As HUB Manager you will be the driving force behind operational excellence. You will monitor performance across all sites, ensuring that every team member is empowered to achieve high performance levels. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where the efficient and effective provision of a quality service to our valued customers is paramount. By promoting a collaborative, team-based environment, you will inspire your teams to consistently deliver and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
