Job summary

A leading care service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hub Manager to oversee the Southwark Hub. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure compliance, and support onboarding of new clients across multiple branches. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in a management role within the Health and Social Care sector and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in a management role within the Health and Social Care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the CQC single assessment framework.
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.
  • Confident negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Southwark Shared Service Hub.
  • Ensure compliance across services including Domiciliary Care.
  • Collaborate with Local Authorities, CCGs, and Commissioners.
  • Lead Field Care Supervisors and Intake Coordinators to onboard clients.
