IQVIA is seeking an Associate Principal in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Strategy and Implementation. The role focuses on HTA, market access, and strategic offerings, leading complex engagements and shaping service offerings.

The candidate will serve as a senior advisor to pharma, biotech, and medical device clients on HTA evidence planning and reimbursement optimisation, while overseeing multiple projects across global regions and ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success.

Formación

• Postgraduate degree in HTA, health economics, life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, pharma, HTA agency, academia or related environment.
• Extensive experience preparing evidence strategies and submissions aligned with HTA processes in the UK/Europe; involvement in appraisal, scientific advice or negotiation.
• Strong leadership, client relationship and proposal development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a senior strategic advisor on HTA evidence planning, market access strategy and reimbursement optimisation.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-value global and regional HTA programmes with limited senior oversight.
• Guide clients through evolving HTA requirements including EU Joint Clinical Assessments, national HTA submissions and early scientific advice.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
