Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of UK Safety, Health and Wellbeing Legislation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Full UK Driving licence required.
  • Technical knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, or construction is advantageous.
  • Significant experience in an operational environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site assurance visits for compliance verification.
  • Support stakeholders with HSW performance data.
  • Advise on HSW matters and compliance with legislation.
  • Lead high-risk incident investigations.
  • Verify closure of incidents and safety observations.
  • Identify training requirements for stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Lead or support ad-hoc projects.

Skills

Understanding of UK Safety, Health and Wellbeing Legislation
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education

NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
