Qualifications

  • Experience with health and safety management systems.
  • Confidence in preparing HSW SMS reports using data.
  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety role within construction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HSW SMS Systems Lead in aspects of assurance.
  • Develop and drive the CWA Assurance Strategy.
  • Plan and conduct audits as per the Assurance Plan.

Skills

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
Strong communication skills
Sound knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation
Ability to plan and manage workloads
Experience influencing a health and safety culture

Education

NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6
CSCS Managers and Professionals competence
