Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to support the Reservoirs Programme, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and ISO 45001 standards.

You will provide expert advice to project teams and partners, conduct audits, and drive continual safety improvements across major infrastructure projects. The role requires NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to travel across the Anglian Water region.

Qualifications

• Experience providing health and safety advice within construction, infrastructure, utilities or major projects environments.
• Good understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and contractor management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with multidisciplinary teams and drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continual improvement of the Reservoirs Programme HS&W Management System.
• Provide expert health, safety and wellbeing guidance to project teams, contractors and partners.
• Lead or contribute to incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote behavioural safety initiatives and Safer Every Day culture.
• Monitor HS&W performance, risk registers and provide reports to leadership teams.
