This role will focus on leading compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental obligations, as well as conducting internal audits and implementing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in NEBOSH and IOSH, as well as a strong background in HSQE practices within the service sector. How You Can Play Your Part

As a HSQE Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the way in maintaining our legal compliance for Health, Safety and Environmental obligations.

• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders within our Service & HSQE departments.
• Designing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal policies, procedures, and processes in support of HSE standards.
• Conducting regular internal audits to ensure service operations fulfil our regulatory requirements.
• Investigating HSE incidents to establish root cause and implement corrective actions where applicable.
• Influencing, educating and implementing robust standards & SOPs across the wider business.

About You

You will have an excellent track record for driving HSQE practices amongst the Service sector (ideally within HVAC domain).

• Proven experience in conducting internal audits and providing corrective actions.
• Qualified in NEBOSH, IOSH, HSQE with adept knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001.

A self-starter who is highly motivated to forge a clear direction for compliance that will support our ambitious service growth targets.
