Job summary

LANXESS UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Specialist – Systems to join our Trafford Park site. The role focuses on enhancing and managing our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards, and overseeing legal compliance, audits, and sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in a manufacturing environment, along with strong knowledge of HSEQ systems.

LANXESS UK is recruiting a HSEQ Specialist – Systems to work at our Trafford Park site!

About the Role

LANXESS is looking for an experienced HSEQ Specialist - Systems to enhance and manage our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Management System. This role will ensure ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance and oversee site‑wide legal and environmental compliance, audits, training, and sustainability initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with environmental permits, ISO standards, and waste management.
