Resourcing Group is seeking a SHEQ Manager for a full-time, permanent role based around King's Lynn. You will oversee HSEQ across a manufacturing site and construction-related operations, develop and maintain policies, and drive continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

The ideal candidate has NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent, CSCS, and proven experience in health & safety across construction and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CSCS card is required.
• Experience in Health & Safety / SHEQ roles is essential.
• Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience across multiple sites or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and EHS software.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to site.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HSEQ requirements across the King's Lynn facility and related sites.
• Develop, implement and maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and systems.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation.
• Conduct site inspections and audits across construction, civil and manufacturing environments.
• Manage legal/compliance registers and maintain the Integrated Management System.
• Lead accident, incident and near-miss investigations and report findings.
