Overview

Health and Safety is slowly but surely becoming the single most important part of any business within construction - especially those in facades.

Truthfully it should have always been this way, particularly in the construction industry, but we all know it hasn\'t been until fairly recently.

So finding a business that values their HSEQ and sees it as so much more than just a tick box exercise can be tough, and finding subcontractors who are serious, passionate and dedicated to building a strong HSEQ culture can be even more so.

Luckily for you, I\'m working with just the subby - looking for someone to step into the big shoes and being the main driver of HSEQ across the business.

They\'re a building envelope contractor who are based in Manchester but operate across the UK and Europe, working on projects from a couple of million through to tens of millions, so you\'ll be in driving and naturing their safety conscious culture throughout the business as they grown and expand.

You\'d be looking at a salary up to £70k plus an extensive package.

You'll be working under the head of HSEQ but will have a clear progression plan to step into their shoes in the next 6 - 12 months.

You'll also be working with a business who put such an emphasis on their values and culture that you'll be a valued member of the team immediately, they have an exceptional retention rate....
