Job summary

A global logistics company in the UK is seeking a Training Coordinator to support HSEQ training during the Launch phase. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of operational experience in logistics or related fields, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of HSE and quality standards. Responsibilities include delivering training, ensuring adherence to company standards, and collaborating with HR and management. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, automotive industry, or Ports & Terminals.
  • Knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S, etc.
  • Training or teaching qualification is preferred.

  • Support Supervising Manager with HSEQ trainings.
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between departments.
  • Deliver training regarding QHSE standards.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Supervising Manager in respect of all HSEQ trainings or retraining’s during the Launch phase.
  • Liaise with all departments of the company and ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Cooperate in the training and development of senior staff and management.
  • Provide advice and service to management on training and education.
  • Support and collaborate with the HR department.
  • Process training documentation and collaborate in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work, ensuring HSEQ standards are achieved.
  • May be deployed to support regional training activities as required, ensuring flexibility to contribute to training delivery across the wider business.
  • Ensure all training delivered is consistent with DP World’s training standards and frameworks, supporting the development of high‑quality, standardised training across the region.
  • Support the establishment of structured local training standards during the Launch Phase, ensuring all training processes, governance frameworks, and standards are embedded from the outset.
  • Effectively deliver company standards regarding the operation of MHE.
  • Participate in employee training related to HSEQ based on company standards.
  • Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees in the Launch phase regarding QHSE standards.
  • Provide cover as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent operational experience of 5 years+ working in a logistics, automotive industry or Ports & Terminals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S etc.
  • Training or teaching qualification preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of HSE and Quality standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Train the Trainer qualification preferred.
  • Experience in the logistics, automotive industry or Ports & Terminals.
