Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ Advisor to support Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance at our Scunthorpe site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help maintain compliance, support ISO systems, and promote a strong safety and quality culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of company-wide H&S policies and procedures.
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and routine inspections.
- Monitor PPE usage and assist with safety equipment management.
- Assist with accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records.
- Support compliance with key legislation (e.g., PUWER, COSHH, asbestos, and legionella).
- Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems.
- Support Type Approval and Conformity of Production (CoP) documentation.
- Conduct basic quality inspections and audits as directed.
- Promote a positive culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with production teams and supervisors to identify improvements.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the Site Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in an HSQE-related role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 systems.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 H&S qualification).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- IOSH membership.
- Understanding of Type Approval or CoP processes.
- Awareness of environmental management systems (ISO 14001).

- Organised and methodical, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
