Job summary

PT Renewables is exclusively partnered with an established energy design and construction business in the South-West and is recruiting a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor on a permanent basis. The role covers multiple sites, delivering HSE guidance to drive safety, health, environment and sustainability across projects.

You will lead by example, promote best practice, conduct audits, assist with risk assessments and investigations, and use DMS dashboards to track performance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and current environmental legislation.
• A valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for all SHE matters on site.
• Conducting inspections and audits to uphold high safety and environmental standards.
• Supporting teams with risk assessments, method statements and incident investigations.
• Using the Digital Management System (DMS) and dashboards to track and improve performance.
• Collaborating with the SHEQ team to ensure legal compliance and company standards.
