Job Overview:

As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the company. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Maintain records of all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and permits
  • Monitor and report on the company's HSE performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies

Qualifications and Skills:
