Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Officer to support practices across production and office environments. You will conduct risk assessments, monitor performance and help ensure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.

The role requires NEBOSH and experience in a production setting, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive safe, sustainable practices across the site.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification is essential.
• Experience in a production environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop Health, Safety and Environmental practices across production and office environments.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Monitor and report HSE performance and ensure ISO 14001/45001 compliance.
• Lead investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain records and liaise with authorities as required.
• Drive training and awareness across departments.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and regular site inspections.
• Develop recycling and pollution prevention initiatives.
