A leading packaging company in Buxton is seeking a dedicated Health Safety and Environmental Manager to oversee HSE compliance and lead safety initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in HSE roles and knowledge of ISO standards. This is a full-time position with a salary range of £45,000 - £52,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday and a cycle to work scheme.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a similar role covering both H&S and environment.
• Previous HSE experience in packaging manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in implementing and auditing ISO 45001 & 14001.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with the Company's HSE targets/KPIs.
• Coordinate site Safety Framework activities.
• Maintain ISO 45001/14001 responsibilities and facilitate audits.
• Lead site internal HSE audit program.
