Job summary

Paisley Site Services is seeking a SHE Manager to drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across projects. You will implement and monitor SHE standards, advise on legal and company requirements, and audit customer sites.

The ideal candidate has extensive SHE experience in Construction and NEBOSH qualifications. You will lead risk assessments, develop training, and maintain accreditations while collaborating with leadership and external regulatory bodies to uphold safety and

Qualifications

• Proven SHE management experience in Construction, Civil, or Petrochemical sectors.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company accreditations and drive compliance across projects.
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop preventative strategies.
• Organise safety training for employees and supply chain partners.
• Monitor policy compliance, inspect customer sites, and prepare reports.
