In this pivotal HSE Manager role, you will be the face of HSE for a busy manufacturing facility, leading a small team.
You will be responsible for setting the strategy, managing the HSE budget, and ensuring the site retains its ISO 14001 and 45001 accreditations. Whether you are presenting data to the senior leadership team or walking the factory floor to engage with operators, your goal is to ensure everyone goes home safe. You will also oversee the environmental reporting, supported by a strong environmental and administrative team.
