🔹 HSE Manager - Transport Industry
📍 Belfast | 🕒 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
💷 Salary: Negotiable, up to £45,000

Are you a passionate Health, Safety & Environment professional ready to make a real impact? Our client, a leading transport company based in Belfast, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to champion safety standards, drive compliance, and support a positive workplace culture across all operations.

About the Role

As the HSE Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the company meets all legal and operational safety requirements. You will lead risk assessments, develop and deliver safety strategies, and work closely with management and operational teams to promote best practice in health, safety, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures

  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

  • Lead incident investigations and deliver corrective actions
