TOMRA is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead all HSE matters across UK operations, including offices, warehouses, and partner sites. You will ensure compliance with UK legislation and TOMRA’s Safe Management System, while driving a proactive safety culture.
You will act as the primary HSE expert for the UK organisation, delivering training, engaging stakeholders, managing audits, and guiding risk-based improvements to protect people, customers, and partners.

This is a pivotal role ensuring compliance with UK legislation and TOMRA’s Safe Management System (TSMS), while driving a proactive safety culture. You’ll act as the primary source of HSE expertise, supporting the UK organisation and leading initiatives that protect our people, customers, and partners.
