Job summary

A global chemicals manufacturer seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead critical HSE improvement projects at their upper tier COMAH site in West Yorkshire. This role requires extensive knowledge of Process Safety and COMAH regulations to ensure safety enhancements. The hourly rate is £60-70 outside IR35, and the position is expected to last 6 months or more.

• Develop an Accelerated PHA Completion Framework
• Advise on Safety First Focus Group Initiatives
• Facilitate the Behavioural Improvement Program Design
• Advise on Safety-First Leadership Development
• Assess and Advise on Safety Management System Enhancements
• Review and Recommend Enhancements to the COMAH Report
