Job summary

BVI Medical is seeking a strategic HSE and Maintenance Leader for our UK site. You will own health, safety, environment compliance and maintenance programs, driving ISO certifications and robust risk management.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, Grad IOSH/CMIOSH, and a proven track record in pharma or medical device environments. A data-driven leader will build high-performing teams and sustain best-in-class HSE performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HSE management, ideally in medical device or pharma production.
• NEBOSH Diploma level 6 or equivalent.
• Graduate or Chartered membership of IOSH or working towards.
• Proven experience with integrated management systems (ISO14001/45001/50001).

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy, compliance and maintenance for the site.
• Drive ISO certification activities and audits across the plant.
• Oversee risk assessment processes and regulatory liaison.
• Manage TPM/Lean maintenance initiatives and asset integrity.
• Coach and develop site teams and cost/risk tradeoffs.
