Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a Capability and Learning Programme Manager to govern, develop and adopt a global HSE learning ecosystem. You will lead the HSE Academy, manage the myCompetence platform and deliver actionable reporting to senior stakeholders.

The role requires experience in multinational learning, governance, and content development, with a track record of coordinating governance cycles and building a global training network across regions and businesses.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in multinational learning and development, training governance or competence management.
• Hands-on experience administering learning platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
• Track record delivering learning content with subject-matter experts, QA and updates.
• Ability to communicate insights from data to leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building and global network leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE Academy as the primary digital destination for learning, shaping content quality and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the myCompetence platform and governance cycle, ensuring accurate role requirements and approvals.
• Deliver regular learning and competence reporting to turn data into priorities for leaders.
• Coordinate creation, review and lifecycle management of HSE learning content.
• Build and facilitate a global training network across regions and businesses.
