ROLE

Purpose

As HSE Coordinator you’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy. You’ll work closely with the Senior HSE Advisor to promote a positive safety culture ensure legal compliance and support continuous improvement across all HSE activities.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone passionate about safety who enjoys working collaboratively across all levels of the business.

Reporting into the Senior HSE Advisor key responsibilities will include :

  • Support and conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
  • Assist with legislative compliance and HSE management systems.
  • Carry out audits inspections and monitoring activities.
  • Support incident investigations corrective actions and reporting.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions.
  • Support waste management and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to HSE committee meetings promoting engagement and safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate records documentation and reports .
  • Support emergency arrangements and physical site security.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and site visits.
  • Work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practice.
Candidate
  • Basic knowledge of Health Safety & Environmental practices or relevant operational exposure.
  • Strong organisational communication and administrative skills.
  • A proactive hands‑on approach to compliance and risk management.
