Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Manage internal audit schedules, track findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain and update critical records such as training matrices, incident logs, and HSE action trackers with precision.
  • Support audits by preparing evidence packs and coordinating responses to internal and external audit requirements.
  • Analyse performance data using Excel 365, SharePoint, and Power BI to produce insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate incident reporting, investigation processes, and root cause analysis to ensure actions are verified and completed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in an HSE or training coordination role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and training material creation.
