A leading construction firm is looking for an HSE Advisor to oversee health and safety activities on a major construction project in Birmingham. Responsibilities include supporting HSE strategy, completing risk assessments, and ensuring safety standards are maintained. Candidates must have NEBOSH certification and a valid Safety Critical Medical. This role is integral to delivering a safe working environment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of HSE strategy and monitor health and safety standards.
• Complete risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain health and safety documentation on site.
• Conduct site walks to ensure adherence to HSE practices.
• Work closely with management and report to HSE Manager.
• Conduct investigations of accidents and report findings.

Job Description

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for an HSE Advisor on behalf of our client, a market leader in the heavy industrial construction and maintenance sectors. The role will be based on a major project in Birmingham, and duties will include:

• Supporting the delivery of the company HSE strategy and overseeing, monitoring and evaluating health and safety standards on site
• Completing risk assessments and method statements
• Maintaining health and safety standards and documentation whilst on site
• Conducting regular site walks to ensure all HSE practices are being adhered to
• Working closely with the site management team and reporting to the HSE Manager
• Conducting investigations of all accidents and incidents with reports on findings
