HSE Advisor (IOSH) Grantham, Lincolnshire £30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Excellent opportunity for a HSE Advisor with an IOSH qualification who is looking to work for a national market leading company offering ongoing training to enhance your technical skills as well as progression opportunities into senior roles.

Do you have experience working to enforce and enhance HSE policies in a regulated environment? Are you able to collaborate with the team to create a positive health and safety culture across the site?

This company have been established for over 50 years and have multiple sites across the UK. They work with a long list of prestigious clients and specialise working within a number of green initiatives to help drive environmental change and waste reduction across the country. Due to their continued success they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role you will be working with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure the site operates to high levels of HSE across the site. Using your established skills you will ensure the workforce are aware of policies and work with them to make sure these are maintained at all times. This role also offers ongoing training and development to keep up to date with current policies.
