Job summary

Reliable Contractors Limited are recruiting a Banksman for a full-time role on the UK’s largest infrastructure project, HS2, based in Coventry. The position may require relocation to different site locations during the 5-7 year programme.

Shifts run 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as detailed in the notice. A CSCS Green card, CPCS Traffic Marshalling, radios experience, and a full UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CSCS Green card.
• CPCS Traffic Marshalling certification.
• Experience with radios and good communication.
• Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage vehicle movements on site to ensure safe access and egress.
• Assist with signaling and marshalling in and around the Banksman area.
• Maintain clear communication with site crew and machinery operators.
