• Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead major HRIS projects including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and RAID logs.
• Collaborate with global HRIS teams and regional stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement through workshops and updates.
• Oversee testing and compliance ensuring user experience.
