What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading the strategic development of Workday to enhance how we manage people, data, and processes
  • Creating and managing the Workday roadmap to deliver system enhancements and new functionality
  • Supporting the rollout of job families to improve role clarity and career development
  • Ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all HRIS activities
  • Building collaborative relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to maximise Workday’s value
  • Providing training and support to HR teams and end users to ensure confident and consistent usage
  • Delivering accurate reporting and HR analytics that drive insights and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
  • Hands‑on experience as a Workday specialist, ideally within a large or complex organisation
  • Strong grasp of core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and compensation
  • A proactive problem‑solver with excellent project management skills
  • Confident working with data and reporting tools, with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborator who can build relationships across departments and explain technical issues clearly
