Job summary

Michael Page HR is seeking a HRIS Analyst on a fixed-term contract in London to support HR system migrations and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Based in the City, you will help the HR team operate efficiently by managing and improving HR systems.

You'll work with Workday, SAP or Oracle modules such as Core HCM, Payroll and Recruitment, provide training, run reports, and ensure data security and compliance across HR platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience with system migration and documentation processes (Workday, SAP or Oracle).
  • Module experience: Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Collaborative with cross-functional teams; knowledge of data security & compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end process of system migration within the HR department.
  • Maintain and update system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
  • Assist in testing and validating system changes and updates.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on system functionalities.
  • Generate reports and insights from HR systems as required.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR system processes.
