Capgemini Invent in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant for Oracle HR Transformation to deliver transformative HR solutions for clients. Leverage your Oracle HCM Cloud and HR transformation expertise to guide clients through complex digital transformations, aligned with HR policy and strategic goals.

You will lead readiness, gather requirements, shape designs, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior consultants in a collaborative Employee Experience & HR team

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll) with advisory focus.
• Strong enterprise cloud solution design and delivery knowledge.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects).

Leveraging your combined expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and HR business transformation, you will guide clients through complex digital transformations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and HR policy.This position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in Oracle Cloud transformation programs across diverse industries. This is not a hands-on Oracle role however previous hands-on Oracle experience is important (e.g. in a functional, testing or training development capacity) to enable effective and credible advisory support to clients on solution design and delivery.- Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.- Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking approach.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.- Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform-specific implementations.- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
