A leading multinational insurance provider is looking for a HR Transformation Change Management Lead in London. The role involves executing change management strategies for a major transformation program. The ideal candidate has proven skills in change management and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Do you have demonstrable expertise in change management execution, particularly within large-scale business transformation programs? We’re looking for a HR Transformation Change Management Lead to join our People team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to our People Programmes Director, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive change management strategies for a significant transformation programme. You’ll also work closely with various teams to develop change and communication strategies, assess change impacts and readiness and workforce transitions while enabling a robust change network that fosters engagement and alignment with AXA’s goals.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
