A service organization in Birmingham is seeking an HR and Training Administrator to support the HR team and assist with training administration. The role involves onboarding new recruits, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining data integrity in HR systems. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in HR and training coordination. This position offers a salary of £25,003.24 for 36.5 hours per week, with opportunities to promote sustainability and diversity.
To provide efficient HR and Training Administration to the Human Resource Team and the Early Years (EY), Training and Leadership Manager and support all stakeholders in line with Company standards, HR and Training policies and procedures, employment and best practice. To undertake instruction from the EY, Training, and Leadership Manager, all training administration activities to support in managing early years, Apprenticeships, Graduates, Leadership, and general training activities. To assist with onboarding new recruits, assisting managers and provide support on the HR Team systems ensuring data integrity and security.
At SSL, we work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT), to deliver facilities management, transport and other support services to over 50 sites across the West Midlands. Our team keeps expanding and since our establishment, in 2012, we have grown rapidly though the acquisition of new sites and services. At SSL we take pride in our focus to support and contribute to the Trust's aim which is to help people get better and challenge the stigma associated with mental illness.

Hours: 36.5 hours (Mon-Fri) Salary: £25003.24 (£25688.26 FTE)
