About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Team Assistant with strong project management skills to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative and project-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling communications.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring HR projects and initiatives. Coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR and contribute to best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with leadership, managers, and key stakeholders, providing guidance on HR matters.
About You

We seek a proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. You should have strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with organizational and time management abilities, are essential.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role within HR or a related field. Project management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
